Returns & Refunds

At Oddball Vibe, every product is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, colour or simply because you have changed your mind.

Please check product descriptions, sizing information and your order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the problem.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we'll work with our production partner to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As products enter production quickly, orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it, and we'll do our best to help.
